Custom Built Systems: Every system we offer is meticulously assembled to order; we do not stock “off-the-shelf” or pre-built units. We recommend accounting for these build times plus the Australia Post transit windows listed below when placing your order. During high-volume periods—such as EOFY, Black Friday, and the Christmas/January season—dispatch times may be extended, though we strive to complete all builds as quickly as possible.
Shipping Information: All orders are dispatched from our Western Australia facility via Australia Post. Once your PC is on its way, you will receive an automated email containing a tracking number to monitor your delivery in real-time, we usually require signature on arrival to prevent theft.
Based on our experience shipping from WA, typical transit times are as follows:
